* For 12 years, he was executive appointed by some of the most renowned VC and PE funds to manage their portfolio companies. He also co-founded Organica Venture Builder, leading strategic Investments and divestments for investors.
* Additionally, he has six years of experience as a consultant and Project Leader at Falconi & Associados.
* With solid expertise in fundraising, financial restructuring, and team leadership, he has worked in M&A processes and business model transformations, boasting a proven track record of value creation and accelerated growth across various companies and sectors.

Silvio Torquato Junqueira Filho

* Investment and corporate finance professional with +25 years of experience in structuring and executing transactions in alternative assets, primarily in renewable energy, agribusiness, and technology, as well as in fundraising and professional investors relations.
* He has served as an interim executive and/or co-founded companies across various sectors, ranging from ETF management, sugar and ethanol production, and renewable energy to end-to-end e-commerce management, marketing, and artistic career management.
* He possesses deep expertise in financial management, business modeling, and analysis, acquired throughout his executive and entrepreneurial career.
* His professional journey, combining executive management and entrepreneurial experience, has provided him with a deep understanding of finance and business. He is driven by the challenge of identifying and managing investment opportunities that create value and impact.
